At The Plantry, we strive to provide high-quality superfoods and a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have outlined the following Return and Refund Policy for your convenience:

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged Product Delivered: If the product is damaged during transit.

Steps to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Notify Us:
    If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide the following details:
    Order number
    Clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue
    Description of the problem
  • Wait for Confirmation:
    Our team will review your complaint and respond within 2-3 hours.
    Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return the Product:
    Pack the product securely to prevent further damage during transit.
    Ship the product to the following address:

    The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by The Plantry.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the complaint.
If the complaint is valid, we will issue a refund for the product amount paid at the time of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Important Points to Remember

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for wrong or damaged products. We do not entertain returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike of taste, etc.).
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and labels.
  • If the product is found to be used, tampered with, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
