Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

Steps to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue

Wait for Confirmation:
Our team will review your complaint and respond within 2-3 hours.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Return the Product:
Pack the product securely to prevent further damage during transit.
Ship the product to the following address:

The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by The Plantry.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the complaint.
If the complaint is valid, we will issue a refund for the product amount paid at the time of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Important Points to Remember
- Returns and refunds are only applicable for wrong or damaged products. We do not entertain returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike of taste, etc.).
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and labels.
- If the product is found to be used, tampered with, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
